Minimum $500 Profit
Option A:
70/30 profit % split in your favor no matter when you sell.
Month 1 or month 12 your split doesn't change. You worked hard enough, you should take the bulk of the profits.

Option B:
25% straight interest on the amount loaned. Example. Need 100k? When the property sells you'd pay us back at close with $125,000
